Adam and Eve experience guilt because they had disobeyed God by eating the fruit of the tree of knowledge.
The Secret Knowledge of God
When most of us think of knowledge, we are thinking of the knowledge that man has acquired over thousands of years. The Bible tells us that the real source of all knowledge and truth comes from God. All knowledge can be divided into two categories. There is revealed knowledge that God has revealed to mankind, and then there is secret knowledge that God has not revealed to mankind. The greatest mystery that God has revealed to mankind is in the person of Jesus Christ. Jesus revealed God's salvation plan to mankind as well as made known in human form the nature of God.
Avoid Conflict by Drawing Closer to God
Psalms 31:20. Most of us desire to avoid conflict and strife in our lives. We desire peace. The best way to avoid conflict is to draw closer to God. If you call on Him, He will protect you. Hope, A Christian Value

A Supernatural Act Occurred When God Created The Universe
Hebrews 11:3. Most people only think of the world around them in terms of natural phenomenon. We see the stars and we touch the Earth, but we do not consider spiritual things that are outside our five senses (the supernatural). This is why many of us doubt God exists. He is outside our five senses. He is supernatural.
