Summary of Philippians 4. Stand fast in the Lord. Rejoice in the Lord always. Through prayer and supplication let your requests be made known unto God. Think on things that are ture, honest, just, pure, lovely, good report, virtue, and grace. I have learned that whatsoever state I am to be content. I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.

Philippians 3:10. Christian belief gives us the power to withstand the sin and death that is in this world. The power of belief is not based on anything that we have done. It is what we know.

Philippians 2:3. Many people seek competitive relationships where they challenge each other to do better. This can be a good thing for a good purpose. The problem is when a competitive relationship does not have a good and common purpose. This causes strife, and strife causes a bad relationship.
