Cain Did Not Make A Prudent Choice
Genesis 4:7. Cain did not chose the path of obedience unto righteousness. Even after Cain had provided an unworthy offering to God and God counseled Cain on how to be right with Him, Cain continued to go his own way. Cain chose not to be obedient to God and love God. Cain also did not make a prudent choice in regard to loving his neighbor. Cain chose to murder his brother instead of loving his brother Abel (Genesis 4:3-8). This path of sin is not a prudent choice resulting in self-destruction, a hate for your fellow man, and a hate for God.
GENESIS 4 BIBLE SCRIPTURE Genesis 4:7, "If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him."
