Our New Man Is Formed in Righteousness, A Christian Value
Ephesians 4:24. When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior we are a new man. We began to take on Christian values because our new man is formed out of God's righteousness. Righteousness as a Christian value means that we are in right standing with God because of Jesus' act of salvation. Our relationships with people and God changes because of our new Christian values such as righteousness. Righteousness becomes precious to us as our love of God grows and our desire to strengthen our relationship with God. As a new man we are now set-aside for God to be holy and righteous (Ephesians 4:24, “And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness“).
