Summary of Ephesians 5. Walk in love as Christ has loved us. Do not be a child of disobedience to God. Walk as the children of light.Give thanks always for all things unto God. Ephesians 5:14. Beware of sleep needs and remedies that are driven by the false comfort of material things or driven by the apathy of a meaningless existence. We may think we are fulfilling our sleep needs, but in reality our sleep can be just as corrupting as when we are awake living a sinful life.

Ephesians 1:19. God's power transcends everything to include the power of darkness. The problem is that if we do not believe in God and His mighty power, we cannot partake in His fellowship or His power over sin and death.

Ephesians 1:4. The word holy means set aside for God. If someone has a holy nature, it is because they are set aside for God.

How Does Someone Become Holy?

God chose all us to be holy, but it is our choice. We must first realize that we fall short and acknowledge that we are a sinner.
